Ray White Surfers Paradise Group is gearing up to host Australia’s largest in-house auction program this long weekend, finalising plans to bring more than 100 properties to the market. Buyers from across the country will descend on RACV Royal Pines Resort this Monday, January 28, to vie for properties ranging from one-bedroom apartments to prized waterfront mansions and idyllic rural retreats. The auction program this year coincides with a rush of interest from interstate buyers looking for opportunities in the south-east Queensland market, and particularly the Gold Coast.
