This Mooloolaba residence, designed by Frank Macchia, makes an architectural statement from the first steps through the front gate.

Up the stairs and through the front door, be greeted by sleek lines, beautiful timber floors and a view through the home and onto the river. Heading through the foyer pass the large curved media room, perfect for entertaining guests or streaming the big game, then continue through to enter the main living areas of the home, including the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen.

The generously sized kitchen features a massive white stone island bench top, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The smart whole wall cabinetry and stainless steel appliances show a sophisticated and integrated look that exudes luxury. Continuing outside through the kitchen is a generous outdoor dining area, complete with bench seats and table overlooking the fireplace and river.

Going upstairs via the opulent white and timber staircase or in house elevator, you can find three bedrooms, including the master suite,  a second smaller kitchen and in house steam room. Each area is separated from the next, with the main upstairs living area having the kitchen, small dining area, and office. This is also joined by one full bathroom and steam room, both completed with black mosaic tiles and timber features.

Towards the front of the upstairs area is a private retreat and two bedrooms, both complete with their own walk in robes. This space provides privacy for the rest of the family and is a perfect space for watching television or studying.

Heading towards the back of the home is the luxury master suite, through a private sliding door the house opens into a large sunroom, hallway, and the master bedroom. This master bedroom boasts its own private balcony overlooking the canal, large bathroom with dual vanity, big shower, unique timber look bathtub, and yet another balcony.

Outside is a large lap pool, with privacy slats covered with vines shielding it from the harsh sun and other homes. Additionally to the exterior balconies and patio is a deep water access pontoon, allowing the owner to store a boat directly at home for sailing pleasure.
