No expense has been spared or detail overlooked in the creation of this art deco resort-style home. This residence occupies the largest north-facing block in Broadbeach Waters. It sits on the Main River and views the bustling Surfers Paradise from a position of tranquillity. This family home oozes Gold Coast luxury on an unprecedented scale.

Mature palms stretch upward along the borders of the landscaped gardens, casting long silhouettes that stretch across the lush green lawns. A trio of resort-style draped cabanas and an entertaining pavilion that is equipped with a kitchen, barbecue and teppanyaki hotplate line the heated pool. A pontoon, river deck and spa are found to the rear of the home.

The house first reveals an entrance hall and staircase, which have been crafted with a deep Italian marble that was meticulously butterflied so that each vein matches every stair. The marble is complemented by dark European timber floors that run through the ground floor. These features contrast against the crisp white walls to develop a mature art deco theme. An inbuilt bar and curved marble fireplace accentuate the spacious formal lounge that looks out across Main River and Surfers Paradise. The room is elevated behind the fireplace to create space for a formal dining area.

The contemporary gourmet kitchen juxtaposes a brilliant white Italian marble bench-top with the black cabinetry and fixtures. Five geometric pendant lights reach from the tall ceiling above to spill warmth across the kitchen. A custom square dining table made of the same white Italian marble is nestled to the side.

On the upper level, a media room, family room and study overlook the games room on the ground floor. Each of the five bedrooms is serviced by its own walk-in robe and ensuite. Extending this luxury, the master bedroom hold sits under a towering ceiling and includes a dressing room, steam room and private gym. A self-contained guest suite on the upper floor holds a kitchenette and balcony.
