David Ransom and Daniel Krause from Zone Planning Group will provide an update on the availability of greenfield land and the impact on local development activity. Councillor Cameron Caldwell from the City of Gold Coast will discuss their plans for greenfield land supply. Panel Chair of the SEQ Housing Supply Expert Panel and Director at Urbis, Julie Saunders will also join the panel to provide her insights on the issue.
