With net overseas migration predicted to stall for at least the next 18 months, SEQ housing markets will become increasingly reliant on strong domestic demand. Urbis’s Paul Riga will discuss the results of a recent report commissioned by UDIA National and share his outlook for interstate migration. Mirvac’s Myles Campbell, will share his insights on buyer preferences and ways to boost our appeal to interstate migrants and returning expats.
