Venice Biennale Exhibition

The 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale exhibition, wit the theme Repair, is now showing Giardini. The Australian pavilion, curated by RMIT Architecture Associate Professor Mauro Baracco, RMIT Architecture PhD Alumna Louise Wright, and Linda Tegg comprises more than 10,000 plants from the Western Plains Grasslands. The curator say the “living installation destabilises the space that has been designed for the preservation of cultural objects” and challenges conventional architectural thinking.
