Presiding on the Weyba Downs lakefront is this beautiful Hinterland retreat, just ten minutes from Noosa Main Beach.  The exclusive estate opens to reveal botanical style gardens lining the driveway, blending man and nature perfectly. The walkway and front entrance features Balinese statement doors and wrought iron, leaving the design of house in tune with the sub-tropical climate of its surrounds.  The estate faces north and maximises on water features to highlight and complement Lake Weyba, with its white sand beach.

A feeling of calm and tranquility persists throughout the estate with natural light, high ceilings, timber floors and walkways, stone and generous spaces. The central hub has an outdoor kitchen and barbeque, and opens out to the deck and the lagoon. To the right are facilities to achieve inner peace, with a spa, gym and room for massage tables.  Overlooking the lagoon is a massive master suite with sitting room, large walk-in robe and sunken bath.

Left to the hub are liberal living and dining spaces featuring a 2-way Mazport gas fire with sandstone surrounds with a wall of louvres opening to the lagoon and lake. The kitchen boasts a 3.5m island bench, stone tops, VJ-profile cabinetry and Fisher & Paykel appliances with a study nearby.

In the northern wing, accessed by a covered walkway are three bedrooms in two pavilions, with decks out to the 11m long infinity-edged, pandanus-fringed pool. Two of the bedrooms share a family-size bathroom and the other has an ensuite. Guests are roomed comfortably in the one bedroomed Lake House, which is linked to the main house by cantilevered over-water walkways.  Only metres away from the lake, the guest house has a small kitchen, a bathroom, wrap-round deck and a poolside cabana with gas teppanyaki grill and chill-out bar.
