With the feeling of a luxury beach resort, this contemporary designed Mermaid Waters masterpiece has been designed for the opulent entertainers, boasting a magnificent open plan living space, a number of outdoor areas and a waterfront view.
The renovated interiors are well-lit by natural light shining through the large windows spread across the house. The main living area features bright white walls with French Oak timber accents, seen in exposed beams and kitchen cabinetry. These colours contribute nicely to the coastal setting, creating a chic beach aesthetic.
The kitchen itself is equipped with white stone bench tops that double as a breakfast bar, a butler’s pantry and a temperature-controlled wine cellar that uses the space below the stairs. A window toward the end of the kitchen space opens out, acting as a pass to a second bar on the deck.
Beyond the kitchen is ample space for a living and dining area, cooled with waterfront breezes that come in across the deck outside. Beyond, an outdoor gym has been constructed on the grass for private exercise and a pontoon leads to the sandy beach beyond.
A covered deck wraps around an adjacent wall of the living space that leads to the glittering in-ground saltwater pool and covered outdoor entertaining pavilion. Bifold doors follow the perimeter, dividing the deck and home in cooler weather.
Three bedrooms, each serviced by their own bathroom or ensuite, and a media room are sectioned off from the living space, creating a truly multi-functional home. Being the only room on the second floor, the master room has been given the space for a walk in wardrobe, ensuite with a double vanity, private balcony and kitchenette, creating the ultimate retreat.
