Brookfield Residential Properties has appointed builder Tomkins Commercial and Industrial Builders to construct its latest mixed-use development, Rivello in Hamilton on the Brisbane River. Construction is anticipated to commence on the 21-storey building, located in the Portside residential and lifestyle precinct in Hamilton, in late October, with completion in late 2023.

Located directly on the Brisbane River at Hamilton, just six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, Rivello will offer a suite of resort-style amenities for residents, including a spectacular roof-top infinity-edge pool with expansive views across the Brisbane River to the CBD. Residents will also enjoy a private dining room with kitchen and bar, a residents’ lounge, wine cellar, business centre, outdoor gardens and barbeque areas.
