Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce, captured the world’s attention in 2015 when she revealed that she is a transgender woman. Her address, live via Zoom on Day 2 at AREC 2023, was about Authenticity.

Jenner discussed three themes: 1/ What does it take to lead an authentic life, 2/ When we make true decisions in life, everything changes, and 3/Competing successfully in life and business. She says that for her there are four words that are keys to success: Gamble, Cheat, Lie and Steal. “Gamble. Give it your best shot in life. It’s a great adventure. Cheat those who’d have you be less than your are. Surround yourself with positivity. Lie beside those you love. Steal every moment of happiness. Live every day as your last. Believe in your potential,” she said.

“Always believe in the power of you. Every time you want to go to the next level, raise your level of commitment. Your greattest asset is your ability to handle pressure. Keep building on experiences.”

Jenner is an American media personality and former Olympic gold medal winning decathele. Jenner played college football, then had a six-year decathon career, culminating in winning the men’s decathlon event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, setting a third successive world record and gaining fame as an “all American hero”. Jenner estabised a career in television, film, writing, auto racing, business and as a Playgirl cover model. Jenner has six childrem with three successive wives, including Kris Jenner.

From 2007 to 2021, Jenner appeared on the reality television series, Keeping up with the Kardashians, alongside Kris, their daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as well as Kris’s other children from her previous marraige, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian.

From 2015 to 2016, she starred in the reality television series, I am Cait, which focused on her gender transition. At the the time of her coming out, she had been called the most famous trans woman in the world. Caitlin first told her story during an ABC News 20/20 special interview which was a ratings smash, drawing 17 million total views.
